Tax & Treasury Assistant Manager (Code: TAM)

Reports to Tax & Treasury Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

a) Minimize of tax liability through good tax planning and management by identifying company specific tax issues and planning to ensure appropriate savings in tax.

b) Tax report must be submitted timely and of good quality.

c) Review and submit all statutory tax obligations, annual tax returns and tax computations within the required time limits and ensure that all tax queries and issues are dealt within a timely manner.

d) Promptly clear outstanding tax backlog and update tax record and solving disputes on all tax and duties (withholding tax, VAT, corporate tax, real property gains tax, stamps duties, customs duties, etc.) with various authorities.

e) Aim for zero tax penalty.

f) Analyze and report fund movement.

g) Monitor foreign exchange and negotiate with bank to get highest rate from time deposit.

h) Review bank reconciliation.

i) Examine payment process and accurateness of payment.

j) Confirm that payment authorization process procedure adherence to company’s rules.

k) Cooperate internally (Purchasing and Marketing) and externally (supplier and distributor) regarding payment process.

General Requirements:

a) Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax/Fiscal.

b) Having minimum 3 years working experiences in related field in multinational environment.

c) Hold a Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A & B) is preferred.

d) Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.

e) Must be strong in detail and number crunching.

f) Possess good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Tax.

g) Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS).

h) English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).

We are the operator of Masela Block offshore Maluku and planning to develop the deepwater natural gas resources in near future. To support our growing operator activities, INPEX is searching professionals with following criteria.
A. PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Specific Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, mechanical or chemical engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Prior production engineering experience in working with an operating company.
Understanding of multiphase fluid flow, well bore hydraulics, nodal analysis
Experience in integration of well completion equipment and gas field operation will be an advantage.
B. JUNIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER
Specific Requirement
Bachelor’s or master degree in petroleom/reservoir engineering with o to 3 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Experience in numerical reservoir simulation.
C. HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF
D. GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

Specific Requirement for C & D
Minimum S1 degree from reputable university, technical background is also welcome.
Having at least 3 years experiences in the same field
General Requirement
Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English
Minimal GPA 3.00
Computer literacy. Must have working knowledge of microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
